Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are made exclusively through supported cryptocurrency wallets. Deposited funds are securely managed by experienced professionals and allocated into diversified investment opportunities, including physical assets, cryptocurrency markets, forex, stocks, and other suitable trading instruments where profitable opportunities are identified. All deposits are subject to required blockchain confirmations and internal verification procedures. The company reserves the right to temporarily delay, review, or block any deposit in cases of suspicious, incomplete, or non-compliant transactions in accordance with compliance standards.
Generated profits are credited to the user’s account accordingly. Users may request withdrawal of their available profit balance at any time, subject to verification and compliance checks. Profit withdrawals are generally processed within a short operational timeframe; however, final transfer times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and external processing factors.
The initial deposited amount (principal) is utilized within the company’s active trading and investment operations. As these funds may be committed to open market positions or allocated to asset-based investments, immediate withdrawal of the principal may not always be operationally feasible. Users who wish to withdraw their principal amount or close their account must submit a formal withdrawal request. Such requests will be processed within 15 to 20 working days, or upon completion of the active trading or investment cycle, whichever occurs later. This structured process ensures proper liquidity management, protects ongoing trading strategies, and maintains overall platform stability. Upon completion of the applicable notice period or investment cycle, users may withdraw their remaining principal balance in full and close their account accordingly.
